答案是B, 可是B里的which应该指代最近的词，那就是world, 所以我一下就把这选项否定了。我选D, 可是我也认为to be 的形式比is the要好，所以我也搞不清了。

A感觉更好哎

what it claims ...这个宾语从句已经有谓语V.了,再加上 is，就多余了；

B里面，weighing less than 11 ounces 变成修饰handeld computer了，感觉应该是修饰 digital camcorder的。

开始我也认为claim is 没有claim to be好,就把CDE全排除了,但weighing的用法也不好,而且B中的in the world 也有修饰歧义.

相对而言还是D更合理.

B没有问题，which is as long as a handheld computer, weighing   这个weighing 可以修饰　a handheld computer , 也可修饰 which, 在有逗号的情况下优先修饰主语 which ，表示which 引导的整个句子的伴随状语。
