require of sb. to do sth.永远错（想不想白用？）。 require sb. to do sth.才对。 so, 109 CDE are ungrammatical。
nevertheless，为什么181又对了呢？那是因为181永乐require的另一个结构： require sth. of sb. to do。这又是对的了。 Because of sth1. required of firms to survive in BJ. 注意用的是because of，所以required是过去份此作定于修饰sth1.，标被动。还原后，应该是：sb. required sth1. of firms to do...所以，应该可以的。
