原来的帖子中都说perpetuated和originating平行

可是根据OG关于平行的解释，最后一个平行部分前应该有AND连接，提炼提干：...has led to N1(the decline of regional dialects) ，N2(language variations )...N2前并没有AND,就是说还有一个N3在划线部分中，且前面一定有一个AND：...N1,N2,ANDN3...

划线中只有and cultural heritages 能够与前面平行，所以就是那个N3。

如果上面所说正确的话，我的问题就出来了，perpetuated怎么能和一个平行系列中的部分对应呢？我觉得应该把平行部分看作整体，perpetuated和LED TO对应才是啊，The increased popularity and availability has led to...and (has) perpetuated....语意上可能会有问题我也不知道，只是从语法结构上对原来的讨论有些疑问。
