PREP笔记解释说是C中it多余，不明白？？？？？？？有知道的朋友告诉我具体C错在哪,and why?

instead of a "blank"slate"是human mind的插入语.如果不看这部分的话,就是:

the human mind it comprises...

所以it多余.

而且C后半部分的时态不对.不应该用完成时.
