答案是B哦。。。

大家都说which有可能指代前面整个句子所以要用同位语，那为什么will allow such an extraction rate不能是前面整个句子（the yield预期上涨）发出的动作而一定要是six billion cubic feet a day发出的呢？希望好心人来指导我一下，我一直在这类题目上犯错。

另外A中的allow for和B中的allow也是有些区别的吧， 查了字典allow for是“虑及, 体谅”还有“酌情增减”的意思，allow也有很多意思，包括“考虑到”等等，感觉区别不是很明显，不知道B中的allow作何解。
