这道题我蒙对了D，但是我不知道D选项在句子里做的成分是什么？？已经看过前人的讨论，都不是很明确，我知道这是一个倒装，可是那应该是 the threat of a rival's multibilion-dollar patent-infringement suit and the decline in sales of ....among them，没有谓语动词对吗？？如果有了就又成run-on句型了，求大牛指点，后天就考了！！！

把among them放在下半个分句的最前面的确看着别扭，但是它是为了就近指代challenges. The threat....and the decline sale在句中做同位语的成分，是challenge具体的例子。
