[求助]so that的倒装~谢谢~

我很疑惑这个的倒装~

我在题中见到的so that的倒装如下

So abundant has capital been for commercial real estate that

这里的倒装提前了so adj，提前了has

我记得以前听老师讲说so that结构倒装的话，要把助动词也提前，那我在这里就有些糊涂了~

那我想请问如果是如下句子如何倒装

He did so well that he ...

如果我倒装的话，是 So well did he do 还是 So well did he?

另外如果是这样的句子：

She is so pretty that she...

那我倒装的话，应该是So pretty is she吧？

现在就是比较糊涂老师助动词的界定，另外如果上句提前的是be的话，那么So abundant has capital been,为甚么只提前了has呢？
