第一道题是E 答案有误 allow that是承认的意思，不如allow it to do好

第二道题是B 用过去完成时态，因为作者在今天看过去，BY 1997 97年之前是过去的过去 已经完成了的动作。没有问题

C感觉后半句没有了谁SPENT，而且时态改变了似乎不是很妥当

如果比较的两个动作发生的时间不同，是可以用不同的时态，但是题目是1981年孩子花在家务上的时间和1997年孩子花在家务上的时间进行比较，难道不是1981用过去完成时，1997用过去时？
