suffices.....interfere并列，要ｐａｒａｌｌｅｌ

我觉得C也有问题呀，does not interfere存在歧义，与promotes并列。。。。。。

是which is 整体省略了让句子更concise了，that从句里promotes和does not ...并列，用动词，不能一个用动词，一个用分词阿，因为中间有个but

我觉得并不是这样 which定语从句就是该修饰t物质没错 D错在which的运用上不如同位语简洁（Gmat一向对同位语有特殊的偏好）更重要的是to promote表达出了不应该有的“目的性”的意思
