为什么加上and后，后面就要求是独立分句呢？C中even though后是一个完整的句子啊

那个。是不是也就是说。尽管even though 后面是一个主谓宾结构。但是因为and前面逗号的存在。相当于又重新引领了一个新的句子。而even though只是一个条件而已。举一个弱弱的或许不太合理的例子。我们不能说“即使天下雨了。”而要说“即使天下雨了，我也会去”一样呢？
