我的问题是，B为什么错？ fall behind + in doing sth/sth 应该都是对的，但是抽象名词优于动名词啊？

我觉得B有几个问题

1,fell months 那个一个部分比较明显是补充修饰的，做伴随状语解释why company can not handle ,而B，fell跟proved 平行了,意思就不对了

2,while 表示比较和比较弱的转折，but 语气强烈，这比较适用我觉得

另外你说的抽象名词由于动名词是怎么一说...能不能给我讲讲，我倒觉得fall in doing 更简洁些
