做到这个题，答案是E，可是A哪儿错了？？四个动词并列很标准啊，除了最后多了个it。E如何理解？？？regulating？请大家指点迷经。

多谢指点！再请问下，为什么多了个it就成了必错？我觉得可有可无吧？？

我在请教下，我怎们看这个题都感觉regulate做后面动词的平行最好，不过按照MM说的做分词也可以。那是不是可以说如果把A的it删掉，A就最完美了？？谢谢
