请教各位大侠：
1）为何B的which不能跳跃之前的介词词组而指代AM-1，句子开头就在修饰AM-1，逻辑上应该指AM-1才对。
2）OG解释 presenting the object of the verb subject as a phrase beginning with how and ending with the verb interact produces a sentence that seems to be about how various conditions ract to detailed scrutiny from space. 这个解释我没太看明白，逻辑有问题了？句子最后那个to bla bla我没太看明白什么意思。

这里不好呢，因为which前面有个 part 还有 effort都是单数，不能使用单复数的规则去确定哪个是被修饰的，而且加了逗号是non-essential的，不好，这里必须是essential的。
