in order that后的用法，2个问题

1.        In 1527 King Henry VIII sought to have his marriage to Queen Catherine annulled so as to marry Anne Boleyn.

(D) so that he could marry（D）

(E) in order that he would marry

og171的E in order that he would marry。。。OG说in order that后面只能跟may 、might不能跟would我不太明白什么意思，好像还有的题说不能用would，该用should之类，这些情态动词之间有什么区别？

还有就是看到tony大牛的总结上面有说in order that后面不能接代词，如he，要接名词？？
