1成本低不一定是因为工厂先进且有效率，可能是因为工资低，或者离原材料的地方近

2让C工厂全权负责不一定可以减少成本，C工厂产量开到最大就那么多

3减少成本不是the only way可以提高质量，打广告或者怎么样来提高价钱就是了
