D有什么明显错误吗？我认为injure在这里做一个过去分词状语的成分，做一个joined的说明成分（她入伍了，受伤三次），然后用一个and连接退伍的句子。

A的过去完成时我觉得也不是特别有必要，too ill to serve这个状态跟discharged in 1783这个状态，并没有明显的前后顺序，是一个同一时期发生的事情，过去完成时可用可不用。

能不能再给一些D比A差的理由？

1.Parallelism: joined, was injured and was discharged are parallel

2.She first becomes too ill to serve, then is discharged. Therefore, "she had become too ill to serve" makes more sense.
