答案是C），解释说A）、B）和D）中划线部分都是修饰限定quoto，A)还好理解，但是B)和D）为什么不能理解现在分词做伴随结果呢？（主语为it,和C中省略的主语一样）谢谢各位大虾。

理解为伴随可以的，但是别人也可以把B,D理解为是The attorney这个主语的伴随呀，这样的话就不对了，也就是我们一直说的歧义了，你这样理解我那样理解。

还有伴随-ing一般有持续延续的意思，这里似乎也不妥。

还有c不是省略主语，是共用主语，是并列。
