b 和 c 比较 , seem to 后面一定是 动词原形吗 ,我怎么记得有的时候可以用 to have done 结构 ,是要看意思吗,还是铁定的整理 ,不定式 的to 后面就是加原形 啊
有seem to have done的用法，见下面例子。但没有找到seemed to have done的例子。（对于这么常用的词，没有找到（所有阅读和逻辑，EXHAUSTIVE）是不是就是不允许啊？）

有seemed to have done这种用法，但是我用google,搜了很多,就是没有did not seem to have done. 个人认为问题出在否定结构上，按逻辑来讲，既然是“似乎没有”，何必用一个wordy的完成时"have done"来表示呢。 P.S. 现在完成时用来表示之前已发生或完成的动作或状态，其结果的确和现在有联系。动作或状态发生在过去但它的影响现在还存在；也可表示持续到现在的动作或状态
