选C没问题，可是关于B选项的解释有疑问
“reach的时态错误，同时使得had been attacked没有时间对比来说明be attack是发生在过去的过去；Who引导的定语从句是非限制性修饰，使得逻辑含义错误”

1.reach虽然不如reached好，但是也能和had been attacked进行时间对比来说明动作发生在过去啊，为什么解释说不能对比？
2.此处用非限制性修饰为什么会使逻辑含义错误？

期待明白的同学帮我解答一下。。。谢谢谢谢

过去完成时在时间轴上与一般现在时有gap，所以没法比

两个意思不一样
简单来说
30% women, who were born in the country,
是说30%的女人，这些女人出生在这个城市
30% women born in the country
是说这个城市出生的 30%的女人
之所以说逻辑错误，我想可能是这样， 30%的女人，是把全世界所有的女人都算上了，可是这个30%比较特殊，因为这些女人都是出生在这个城市的
但是 30% women born in the country
则是以这个城市出生的人为基数，
因此，我感觉后面的更靠谱些

综上，个人意见，仅供参考

关于时态的问题，题目中叙述的两件事必须在时间轴上没有gap才正确是吗？现在完成时和一般现在时都不能和过去完成时相比较吗？

E选项 who were可以省略；adulthood后面少了逗号，错误，独立的修饰成分必须用两个逗号隔开；
