大全73题中intend to 是用来修是fund的，可是就intend 的词义而言，我觉得似乎只能修饰人，fund如何intend?

intended to是fund 省略了 fund （that is）intended to .....

intend和intention带有主动的意味，因此只有Alaska才有intend或者intention，fund 只能被动
