Many people have the idea that it is beneficial to establish a factory near our community. However many others oppose the factory. Both sides of the question of whether building a large factory near our community are well supported by sound reasons. As to me, I am in favor of the first view. There are many reasons for my inclination, but the following ones are most significant.

In the first place, it will lower rate of unemployment to build a new factory. A new factory will provide a large number of work opportunities for society. A lot of people in our community will be hired by the new factory. As increase of people's incomes, their life levels will be improved, and people will pay more money for their health and their spire time.

In the second place, a new factory will promote economic development of the local area. With the establishment of a factory, other small businesses will increase sharply, such as groceries, flower store, clinics and restaurants. People will enjoy more convenient lives that the small businesses bring. Thus, a new factory not only develops economy, but also makes people living in community more convenient.

Moreover, the factory will pay taxes on profits every year, and the tax will increase the local incomes and become a main part of local revenue. These money will used to building infrastructures and improving living environment.  

Of course, this new factory also brings some disadvantages. For instance, the noise from the factory may disturb residents' relation. But if all these factors are contemplated, I believe that the advantages of establishing a large factory are more weight than disadvantages of it. From what has been discussed above, I strongly support building a large factory near our community.
