Ask for rescore. I guess 3.5 is the bottom line, and you can't get lower score by rescoring.

Usually, bschools don't care much about AWA -- you never saw a bschool post its average AWA score, did you?

But I can't give you suggestion on whether to retake the exam or not. Balance the pros and cons carefully and make sure you won't regret in a couple of months.
