正确答案是E，所以可以这样省略吗？
理解people和enrollment不可比，比较不理解正确答案。请牛人帮忙解释一下谢谢

既然lz已经理解people和enrollment不可比那你应该觉得错的选项是D而不是E才是。。E的话are enrolled是补出了谓语宾语，明确指定省略了主语，那么确定就确定主语不可能是enrollment，因为要是试着把省略成分补完那就只能是(people) are enrolled而不能是(enrollment) are enrolled，所以这个主语比较正确。。不知我表述能力够不够。。。

我感觉就是 as many people as are enrolled in. 第二个 as 相当于who引一个主语从句
