通过排除其他错误可以选出答案e，但是有一个问题：e选项的主从句的时态一个是过去时，一个是现在时，这不矛盾吗？请帮忙看看！

我觉得可以因为是先转播然后观众才看到，句意是想表达一个动作的先后。只要符合逻辑意思主从时态可以不一致。

没有绝对的一致只要逻辑有需要就可以~~

还有一个疑问,E把NOT 放在ALL前面,明显改变了原句的意思呀?

按照原句的意思,尽管很绝对,但是在逻辑上也是能解释得通的吧.
