我的第一篇作文，6月7日南京东大2战。。

写了500多个字，没有计时，大概超时很多吧。。

Do you agree or disagree: it is important to know events happening around the world even they do not affect your life.

Are you a fan of international news or just pay more attendants on the events around you? Sometimes I generally agree with the statements many people hold that receiving more local information for various media can make you a comprehensive understanding of development of the place where you live in. nevertheless, in some exceptional cases and from statistical data, people concern on the international news or even some information you may didn’t familiar with before are may be more appropriate, beneficial or even necessary for everyone. Because those events and information can change the limited ideas and thoughts people has and even change those people live totally.

On the first place, in order to prove the opinion I supported, let us unearth a statistical data conducted in five major cities made and by Chinese academy of social science at the topic about what kind of news you prefer in the free time? According to the result of the survey about 90% people in those cities more likely read international news or domestic news from newspaper, tv-news or internet.  According to nuts and bolts from this survey that those people think receiving more information and know what happened around the world can enlarge the sight of the world and keep step of the proceeding of the world. Thus, the conclusion from the statistical data lends the credence to what I supported that receiving more around what happened around is benefit to people become more outstanding among others and more informed from other place is best preference and important for people. 

 On the other hand, the another reason to cling to my view is that thinking of more events in the every corner around can keeping a person a outstanding or competitive position among others and very helpful for everyone. For example, in the resent years or months the price of oil and gas always keeping high and are expecting higher so the prices of stocks of  some oil companies are keeping going up in stock market. Therefore the people who hold the shares of those oil companies would made more money from stock market since they are keenly concern on the global oil and gas price from large number of media.    

Admittedly, it is true that the local development is very crucial for the people because those information, especially the information form the local government, connect with people live directly. However it along does not lend a strong support to the view understand more events happened where people are instrumental or educational for people. Furthermore it can limit the sight of the world and definitely deprive the desire of understanding people has.

Consequently, given the reason discussed above which some times intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuasive, we can arrive at a conclusion that receiving more around what happened around is benefit to people become more outstanding among others and more informed.
