each language （occupying a distinct area of the brain for anadult learner）, and （+句子）language areas overlap in a young child. 抛去枝叶剩下 each language ， and + 句子当然有语法问题了啊~ and 前面不是一个句子啊。

whereas 是连词，and 也是连词，不能同时使用啊~另外 whereas 表示的是转折， and 表示并列，放一起矛盾了~
