New comer, pls diagnose me

Hi all, I'm new here, interested in an MBA study, due to my lack of a general knowledge about the whole thing, would you please help me in the following questions?

I was not born in a rich family, in case of an MBA, only 150k is available, if unfortunately I become interested in an expensive program,

Q:

a. what kind of loans can I get? (having heard sth called无担保贷款)

b. Is it quite difficult for a not so affluent family-background applicant to apply for US top & expensive programs because of a high possibility of a Visa Rejection? (I mean in case no scholarship granted)

c. How can I pay the loans back within the time limit if unfortunately I cannot get a well-paid job after graduation under a globally gloomy economy like now?

Q:
please advise me what kind of program (where) might be my best fit, and how to prepare based on below info?

General Info:

I graduated (majored in Int'l Trade) from a normal university (not well-known, but requiring high scores of NCEE, gaokao), grade top 20 GPA. Upon graduation in 2006, I joined a F500 Consumer Product Company as a sales trainee, one yr later joined another famous Co(same industry) as titled something equivalent to Key Account Mgr ( Purely because of a cultural maladjustment, I left the 1^st employer). Now having a potential to be promoted as National KAM by End 09, I've also become much clearer with my future career perspective: to get involved into the business from a macro view, not just from a functional one, thus something General Management might be the best description?

Now coming to MBA, I'd like to stay abroad via the study, the States is the 1^st choice, but due to my family background, I'm also taking other cheaper European programs into consideration due to a comparatively easier application for the loans. 

Other Info:

Language:

1. English – no G/T exams taken so far, only BEC 3 and  CET6/4, but a native speaker level of general command

2. German – no exams taken, with one yr full-time study during college time, achieved equivalent level to English TOEFL, very good command generally, could be improved better during short time period.

3. French – junior level, could be improved soon during short time period.

Career Interest:

1. Corporate Strategic Thinking Role, i.e. Business Development (not just a sales role), M&A, Genera Management, not interested in pure Consulting / Finance life.

2. NGO / NPO positions willing to take.
