答案是B呀。

A, because 从句不能做主语。错。

C。 It 没有指代。

不过B中的时态，我是左看右看都不爽。觉得如果把in 886, 改成by 886 会比较好一点。

because 的用法只能是：

because 从句+主句（有单独的主谓宾）

看到答案是c吓了我一跳。

a的确不可，because只能引导状语从句

c，e中it不能指代一个句子

d中逗号不能连接一个名词短语the fact that和一个句子

不过b中had occupied和in 886好像是不对头。

A是肯定错误的，主句缺少主语呀

只能用排除法了

按照lstzhang前辈的说法，“我再多说一点——'时态'和'代词'的问题。这是ＥＴＳ的最后防线，也是整个英语的难点。当看到这些情况的时候，如果我们没有绝对的把握，请不要主观的抛弃你认为不正确的选项，而应该细致的比较两个选项其他的不同点，在做题的过程中，我们可能会碰到比较难的语法点，一定要本着“避实就虚”的原则，不要想一口吃个大胖子，一次就扔掉三个选项。按GWD老师的说法，在考试中我们一定要避开难点。

很有道理！！

这题虽然B的完成时看得不顺眼（不过886在893之前似乎也能解释），其他的选项更是不堪入目呀~~
