Research indicates that if a person is able to find an organization that ‘fits’ his/her values, interests and skills, then there are multiple positive outcomes for both the employee and organization.  Ms. Dianne Bevelander, Associate Dean at RSM, will present the theory followed by a discussion on practical relevance and personal experience of “person and organization fit”. Links will be made to finding a ‘fit’ for an MBA program based on the same criteria of values, interest and skills.
