答案是A
[疑问]为什么用numbers? 感觉 gyrfalcon的数量应该用number, 而numbers是指多个数量，比如： 30, 40,50 可以说 The numbers are all below one hundred. 请大家解释解释OG为什么用复数？

这个题目也经有N个人问过了，类似于
large quantities of
the minute amounts of
large amounts of money
等等。
但为什么是复数我始终不清楚，可不可以理解是一种习惯？
从逻辑上说用复数怎么也不能让人接受。

在词组中确实有large numbers of的用法，但是单个的number 和 numbers含义显然不同。另外，我搜索了题号764没有找到相关的帖子。有没有讨论出明确结果的帖子？

在我的印象中好象没有。
947的题号刚刚启用，你用这个编号肯定是找不到的。还是用以前的编号找吧。
