Hey, guys, can anybody help me with my situation, please?
I worked for world-known corporations in China. And I can get very good reference letters from my ex-bosses. However, I worked for small companies, one with 3 months, the other one with 2 months.
1, Shall I not mention the small companies? It will have a gap if I don't.
2, Or, probably I mention all of them, but only get 2 reference letters from the good ones?
Thanks, guys. I guess I had better tell the truth. 5 years with 2 international companies in China is OK. After I came to Canada 2 years ago, I had 2 jobs which only last total 5 months. There is still gap. Actually, I had been here and there for the interviews, which could reach 40. My concern is: shall I explain why I short-lived the 2 jobs here in Canada? Thand you so much.

Hi tlnsw, most MBA programs require working experience. Some schools don't. For example, Harvard and Stanford. Andy you can also apply for some schools with lower ranking. But will those degrees be helpful to your career?
