oppose是vt, 所以 I oppose the plan. 這種用法沒錯吧 ?
但是為何有 be opposed to
for example:
I am opposed to the plan.那opposed 是被動的用法, 還是 adj ?

There are two uses with "oppose"
1, "oppose something/be opposed by" as a verb: I would certainly oppose changing the system.
2, "be opposed to something" as an adjective: She's opposed to religious education in schools.

be opposed to, here 'opposed' is 形容词化的过去分词, there are a lot of words like it, for example, committed, convinced, dedicated, etc
