我知道应该全3个名词并列，可就是没勇气选d,请解释一下。多谢。

最常用的应该是：
Aand B, as well as C
A as well as B

但是我觉得这个题目最关键的还是平行，一开始我做这个题目也觉得很犯难，因为觉得有两种可能的平行方式，一种是for之后的平行，一种是causing后的平行，然后按照逐个平行去对，排除选项，这样很麻烦，而且容易错。可我也没有好的方法，请牛人指点一下。
