As far as I know, Wharton, Columbia, UC Berkeley, UNC, and Wisconsin Madison have the real esate major or concentration. And there are many other schools having real estate finance concentration such as Kellogg, UCLA, USC, UT Austin, NYU, etc., even HBS. And there are also some decent real estate MS program in MIT, Columbia, Cornell, NYU, and USC, etc.
