there being 的用法肯定错了

首先，在GMAT中，there be 大多数情况下都是冗余的，因为一般情况下都可以转换为主动句结构的
there are different mental functions localized in different parts of the brain 应该改为 mental functions are localized in different parts of the brain, 后面的结构体现了GMAT 要求的effectiveness

再者，一般being的使用要慎重，很多时候都是可以省略的。也有例外，例如
being a teacher makes Mike every proud being 短语作主要，bing不可省略

Mike was a journalist before being a teacher. 在before，after，with 之后 being也是不可省略的。

还是不清楚。

A是语法错还是因为和C比较才显得冗余？OG上对A的解释是of there being is not a precise expression，这个not precise指的应该不是冗余吧？
