请教:为什么选择D,那么此时句子结构如何划分,此处的破折号用法不太明白,layered前有逗号,而破折号后直    接加enables作为从句的谓语动词,这样句子结构正确吗,那其他选项错在哪?  谢谢. 

后面那个破折号兼具逗号的破折号本身功能.

A里面are enabling错，要用单数形式

B错在which is,和后面的that多余.

C...enabling成了伴随状语，句子结构大错。

E,the same construction作为同位语前面的of不能要,enable要用单数
