这题要从句意上理解，这里添加一个代词其实是多余的。nonsalary compensation 和后面的allowances刚好概念对等。如果你要加上代词补充完整就变成 cuts were made in such nonsalary compensation as nonsalary compensation in allowances 。其中nonsalary compensation in allowances 是什么意思啊？哪有这种东西？
