这题答案是D.其它的都是错的我都明白.可是为什么D中的belonged 是用过去式的.是什么用法啊?我的想法是,这个从句省略了should,.是这样吗???

另外,这题你说的问题其实没有什么特殊语法,一般过去时仅仅表示发生在过去的一件事情.

因为主句是was，没用到should。B的should是强加上去的，本来就是错的。
