我考完感觉口语跟写作发挥得巨好，结果复议口语加了2分，写作减了4分~

I don't agree that it is 50:50.

Look at one of the surveys on gter(or taisha. Sorry I forgot about it..). You can see 40% of requesters got speaking increase, and 50% stayed the same and 10% dropped down.

I fax to ETS for rescore but receive no reply, even no charge in my credit card. Can I find something in my account which means they've already received the request?

fax之后最好打个电话确认一下，这样处理得比较快

I did not pay via credit card, not sure.

you better call ETS (American) to confirm. You may also smooth the flow by doing so.

I called ETS several times and fight with them in Perfect English (夹杂着破釜沉舟的愤怒哀怨呵呵)

不过你20分，降低的空间其实没啥了，不需要过分担心，我觉得最多损失一点RMB拉。

BTW:

我根据和ETS的交涉判断，复议口语的老师不会知道这是复议的

所有的判分都是重新来过很可能还是夹在其他判分中间的

他们肯定也不知道你的原始分是多少只是重新判不过保证是换一个评判小组

所以应该不存在所谓酌情的事情
