I tried to edit the languange requirements. But some buttons were broken and don't react at all when I pressed the buttons. Unfortunately, the submit function kept ask me to fill those blank fields I can no longer edit. What should I do? Tonight is the deadline.....

I phoned INSEAD and the gentleman there was kind to give me a solution. Shouldn't be a problem.

Unfortunately, I found both my mails I sent to the technical support returned by INSEAD's ethryl.com server this morning. I really couldn't understand what happened to INSEAD's system. Why do they have so many problems around the due days....

Don't worry, try again,send them another email!!!

Often time, problems surface on these few / particular days e.g due date, when everyone wants to crash the servers and the system becomes pretty slow.

Last year, I also encountered similar issues -- I couldn't finish the completeness check of the application and was unable send the package to school. I sent the technical dept. an email explaining the situation on the so called due date with my file as an attachment, and they fixed the problem for me, (though it took them 3 or 4 days to reply me), but fortunately, the adcom also counted me as a 2nd round applicant...

So anyway, try again and again and again! You'll be fine. And, good luck!
