紧急求助，关于申请北美会计硕士资金证明和成绩单证明的棘手问题

昨天收到了我申请的商学院教授给我的信，他提出了几点要求，我觉得比较困惑，各位兄弟姐妹帮我看看，如何解决

1.关于资金证明的问题
   我寄了中国工商银行开的人民币的财产证明，教授回信如下

There is no statement of financial support for the program. You have
enclosed a photocopy of a bank document which is in RMB currency, not US
dollars. This is not sufficient. We need a full statement of financial
support and a certified original bank statement. I have attached copy of
the required form for your use.

他给我的附件的表格的内容分别是要由申请人，赞助人和银行填写的信息，并要银行的盖章和银行换汇的说明信件
我回信说我回尽快去办。
他又给我回信对此解释说：is required by the University for immigration purposes。
我不明白他这句话是要说明什么？财产证明和移民，有什么关系啊？
那位牛人知道，或者遇到过这类情况的知道啊，跪谢！

2.关于成绩单的问题
我寄了学校公证密封盖章的中英文成绩单过去，他的回复如下：
The program generally requires an evaluation from a credentialing
evaluation service for the foreign transcripts. There has not been one
submitted so I am not sure where that stands at this point. If the
credentialing process has not been started there are a number of acceptable
companies that provide this service and there is a listing of these
companies on the following web site http://www.naces.org/.

于是我给他回信，说明这个条件对我有一定困难，我是这样回复的：
First of all, all the translated materials I submitted were went through the official credentialing process in China.
I checked the website you mentioned. It seems all the organizations are located in the US. Since I am still in China now,
the services you recommended are currently out of my reach.
The possible solutions in my mind could be that I go to do the evaluation from the organizations you recommended after I come to school.
If you find something wrong with any of my academic records, you could cancel my offer IMMEDIATELY.
（我说的非常诚恳，希望这条上可以通融）

但是他给我的回信却说：
Item 4 is a requirement of the MSAT program as we do not evaluate international transcripts. 
It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide this evaluation from a recognized transcript evaluation service.

难道申请的成绩单要经过国际组织的公证的？貌似从没听说过。
有没有兄弟姐妹做过这项公证的，程序是怎么样的？而且组织都在美国
如果不行，该怎样和这位教授说呢，真是头疼啊！

难道就应为这种证明上的非常形式的东西而阻碍了我区美国的脚步，5555555555

哪位好人知道啊，感激不尽！

那是不是说录取了以后根据I20表上写的准备资金就可以了呢?
