我们学校大学四年成绩只计算前三年，第四年主要是少数课程、实习和找工作，因此第四年的成绩很不好看，不知道如何向学校解释？

当然要算进去。任何隐瞒都可能成为risk。
btw, 我不是大名鼎鼎的小安的说。小安可是CD传说中的大帅歌啊！

Sorry,Atongmu!I am so careless.It is always my big problem.But if I do as you suggest,I think that result will harm my GPA.However can I ask my school to give a certifacate to prove this fact?

I would not suggest you to take the risk. You may explain what you did in the last year and how important those things are to you, more important than GPA.
