[求助]请教两个表达问题

这个句子：natural gas is the United States second biggest fuel source and supplied almost exclusively from reserves in North America.对不对？？这里的supplied前的is是不是一定要补出来？？？

63.After July, anyone disposing of or servicing refrigerators must capture the chlorofluorocarbons in the refrigerant chemicals.
(A) anyone disposing of or servicing
(D) the disposal or repair of

答案是A，请教
1。D哪里错？
2。单看表达：the disposal or repair of这样的表达可行吗？？是不是应该改为the disposal of or the repair of？？？

第一个问题中的is还是应该补出吧，因为后面的is是助动词，跟前面的is作用不一样。

先补充下63中的dispose词性：
transitive verb
1 : to give a tendency to  : INCLINE  *faulty diet disposes one to sickness*
2 a : to put in place  : set in readiness  : ARRANGE  *disposing troops for withdrawal*  b obsolete : REGULATE  c : BESTOW
intransitive verb
1 : to settle a matter finally
2 obsolete : to come to terms
所以这里的dispose应该用作不及物动词
A中的 disposing of or servicing修饰anyone，句子意思很清晰。

谓语是capture，D怎么组合都不对的吧。
觉得the disposal or repair of表达没有问题啊
