[求助]9.29考试，今天收到ETS邮件，不明白他的意思

We are writing to you regarding the TOEFL iBT exam you had taken on September 29, 2007. Please accept our apologies for the problems that you encountered during your test.

Due to the problems you encountered, we would like to offer you the following options:

1. Release your scores to you and any designated institutions you selected, if applicable
2. Cancel your scores and provide you with a voucher for a free retest (if you choose this option,please let us know which country you would like to retest in)
3. Cancel your scores and receive a full refund of all test fees

Please reply within 15 days from the date of this letter. If we do not hear from you, the scores will be released and reported to your designated institutions, and will also become part of your permanent record.

刚看了之前9.15遇到的问题，估计就被我碰到了，但愿其他的兄弟姐妹都ok

我需要考试成绩，最近又很忙，没时间准备重考

除了退考和重考，还有没有其他的解决办法

知道的给说一声

等几天（<15天），大家成绩都出来后，再看看你有没有成绩再说。如果有，你又满意的，就回复告知直接送分，如果没有，在回复ETS退费或者重考

天。。。这样的意思就是没有成绩了吗？

下一场就是10月17了，希望到时候不会有事啊~~~~~
