I think "alien number" is for Green Card holders. BEng means "Bachelor of Engineering.

  I would like to be considered for a College of Management graduate assistantship, requiring 14 hours of work per week.

I think you can answer yes for both question.

I will forward to the DuPree College of Management an official bank document indicating that funds in the amount of      US dollars are available to cover my expenses for the first year of study. (Note: this can be personal funds, family funds, sponsor funds -official bank document is required as proof.)

I do not have sufficient resources to attend Georgia Tech. I require assistance from the DuPree College of Management.

all this applciation questions are form Georgia Tech. even with tech in its name, I cannot feel the tech involved in the online application process. sigh!
