43题，（个人理解啊）
B选项比较的对象有问题，错误的比较了land area和Great Britain,
there is看着就不顺眼。。。跟其它选项对比一下还显得啰嗦。
comma+and many，我不太清楚many在修饰谁呢，修饰谁都感觉不太对。。
D选项也是比较的不对，land area和the size比较了。
OG对于and的解释就是说过分的强调了many of the people in Laos live in inaccessible places.
也就是说，句子的重点并不在这里，但是这个and把重点转移了，就不对了。

46题
我翻译的意思是
在古印度，许多本地工匠的创造力被消耗在佛像的创作上和他们信奉的神庙的建筑与装饰上。

从策略角度分析：
一般指代的歧义不要作为排除点，除非非常明显的逻辑语意或者单复数指代的错误；或者出现原词重现。
这里的五个选项都有them，所以用指代去排除意义不大！
从语法角度分析：
A选项的they和them指代不同；they显然指代artisans，them应该指代images，显然指代不一致是错误的。
B选项they指代images，没有歧义；（你可能会觉得images出现在介宾短语里面，属于弱指代；而且they同样可以指代artisans，不过GMAT对指代是非常的宽容～～～～～）
同理：C/D/E选项they指代images，没有问题
