As an undergraduate, you should read yession's post first. Use the "search" feature here.

I think your background is pretty good. As you said you are an exchange student at Stern now. Try to take advantage of this. The accounting program at NYU is very seletive and they are not as friendly to Chinese students as other school. But you should surely try. Try to find current phd student in your school to get a good impression about what kind of life you are going to have and see if you like it.
