新东方sec4和5的几道问题，诚心请教大家

答案是D.这道题目我很不明白，for是介词后面不是优先+noun的吗？with +n中间不是不能加其他成分如their的吗？还有disconnected为什么一定要做后置定语？谢谢指教。

答案是E.为什么A不可以呢?而且e选项这里的inevitable为什么不使用adv呢？

答案是a。我的问题是为什么这里无生命的事物用's结构，还不使用A OF B结构？是不是因为capability in doing结构错了？

终于打完了，诚心请教各位帮助解答。这几道题目可能之前有人问过，可是我找了很久都没有找到。不知道大家所说的大全是不是新东方的蓝皮书？885,987又是什么？请求好心人指点，我先谢了。

第一题，你把老师的话记反了吧，without+N的话，中间一般不加所有格，without help可以，但是一般不用without one‘s help

而with则没有这样的限定

D这个选项，宏观的来看，就是have sth done

第二题，A的错误比较明显的，原文最后面有their own time，那A，B中的“historian“必错

E中的那个Inevitable的原因我也不知道了...PS：划线多划了，还好偶看了自己的蓝皮

第三题：A你说的那个问题的确存在，但是相比之下，C更不好

个人认为，A之所以不用A OF B结构是为了让后面的to do更清晰的修饰ability
