是不是说would表示的不可能的成分多一些（虚拟语气），但句子暗示的含义是可能的，will 表示可以实现。

没有指代不清的问题。

因为view sth....but think  that sth是一个并列的结构。后者与前者sth是同一回事，故可以用They指代前者。
