A.)  Canada’s thirty-five percent and Great Britain, Japan, and West Germany’s fifteen percent.

"Canada’s thirty-five percent and Great Britain "are not parallel

'Great Britain, Japan, and West Germany’s fifteen percent' make people confused, because fifteen percent' just belongs to West Germany here

E)   "that in Canada is thirty-five, and that in Great Britain, Japan, and West Germany is fifteen."modify  fifty-two.this expression is wrong.

that............,and that..........should be that.....and that.....

A的52%of US 与 Canada's 35%...
